Daria32 · 28/09/2018 23:09

Black dress, witches hat, long black cloak, maybe a broom and some knock-em-dead red lipstick!

sourpatchkid · 29/09/2018 00:05

What kind of event are you going to?

BreakfastAtSquiffanys · 29/09/2018 00:07

A ghost. A sheet will fit any size

FemmeFatal · 29/09/2018 05:33

Just a house party

I'd do something you could wear 'normal' clothes for. Like the other post about the witch or perhaps a non-Halloween character.

I hate all the 'sexy' and 'slutty' Halloween costumes that seem to be the default for women so end up doing my own with normal clothes.

Asda - witches outfits that are surprisingly flattering!

ThisIsNotARealAvo · 29/09/2018 06:06

I'm a 16/18 and I'm going to a Halloween party this year at someone's house. I'm going to wear a black dress and boots and do a sugar skull makeup and a flower crown.

KatyS36 · 29/09/2018 09:10

How about a black cat? I did this as a size 18 and still have a favourite photo from it. Black leggings and black top, a long fluffy attention grabbing tail and cute headband with black cat ears. Was fun and took all the attention off my body.

Enjoy whatever you go as.

Verbena87 · 29/09/2018 09:18

Sugar skull face paint, flower crown, black dress/skirt and top from your wardrobe that you know fits and is comfy.

Andtheresaw · 29/09/2018 09:19

Get thee to Asda. Their costumes go up to 20 at least.

hilbil21 · 29/09/2018 09:21

Nun

colditz · 29/09/2018 09:22

Depending on youir build, your balls and your hair cut, you could go for Ursula the sea witch!

DontCallMeCharlotte · 29/09/2018 10:39

I've gone as a ghost bride a couple of times. Got a cheap dress from a charity shop with chiffon to make a veil and it's fun to create a tiara. Buy a bunch of red roses now and once they die spray them with hairspray. If they go black so much the better. I can't get on with white face make up so last time I got one of these photobooth-props.co.uk/scary-mask.html?gclid=Cj0KCQjwxbzdBRCoARIsACzIK2nxhus6zGGBMGs1i6D7NQz0kRgWmCuhVe0GORwbwylyRYvaNe0ofmUaAqgdEALw_wcB

(I too am generously proportioned).

Pumpkin

habibihabibi · 29/09/2018 12:15

I'd do awesome make up and plain black clothes. You can see loads of day of the dead/sugar skull on YouTube and get those stick on gems to make it dazzle. When pregnant I went as a fat bat in a furry black gilet over plain top and leggings. H&M have brill kids accessories that you can adapt.
It's the make up that ties it together.

WannabeMumm · 29/09/2018 14:17

Spanishwife... That's what I was thinking!

SecretRed · 29/09/2018 14:26

Have a look on boohoo, they have quite a few Halloween outfits in their plus size range.
