How are your clothes organised? Anyone willing to share a photo?

Currently I don’t have enough space so my clothes aren’t well organised and I end up wearing the same things as i can’t easily see what I have and forget about stuff.

We’re moving house soon and I’ll have more space.

How do you organise your clothes? Anyone willing to share photos?

I have my clothes arranged in terms of colour: pretty much black and navy, it has to be said.

Heavier items like coats are arranged by garment type.

I have a shoe cupboard, double hanging for tops and trousers, full length hanging for dresses and coats some shelves and then three drawers for underwear.
We had it put in when we moved in.

Ikea Pax doible hanging wardrobe. Top rail is tops and blazers. Bottom dresses, both organised roughly by colour.

The second half of the wardrobe has a rail that has trousers and a couple of coats. DH hangs his shirts there too, the only wardrobe space he has. Grin below is 3 drawers that hold jeans, gym wear, socks, tights and flat shoes.

Second bedroom has a wardrobe where I keep coats, fancier dresses and heels.

Underwear in bedside drawers. One drawer in a chest of drawers for pyjamas and thick winter jumpers.

The Pax wardrobe has a small shelf at the top where I have storage boxes that hold out of season clothes and my wedding dress.

Forgot to mention, the best thing is felt hangers. They’re thin and stop clothes falling off. £3-4 for 10 from home bargains - I gradually replaced all my hangers with them.
