Birkenstocks all summer - now boots feel uncomfortable - insoles?

I’ve put my go-to comfy pull in boots back on. They’re really well made and I love them ( v expensive a few years ago from Toast). But oh! Do they feel bad after Birkenstocks all summer.

Any insoles that replicate that level of support and shock absorbency? My heels and the balls of my feet ache already.

I’m still in my Birkenstocks as they are just so comfortable!

I only really wear zip wedge DMs and Fly boots which are just as comfortable, so fingers crossed it’ll be ok!

Try some of those insoles for Plantar Fasciitis?

I've kept my madrids on I just can't deal with shoes yet!

Soft gel insoles are great for this online or at Boots, have similar issues, standard footwear feels very harsh/hard on the feet after wearing Birkinstocks.

Doc Martens do insoles which I've found very good and supportive. You don't have to wear them with DMs Grin
