Give me an idea of something different to wear for a girls day!

So at the end of the month im going to Manchester in the afternoon/evening with a group of girls (women)!
I always seem to wear black skinnies or a black skirt!
I need some inspiration to buy something different!

what about a jumpsuit? they are comfortable but look put together and nice.

May sound silly, but how would i style a jumpsuit, with a coat? It will be the end of Sept, so abit chilly without.

Don't wear a jumpsuit if alcohol will be involved. I can't bear the dancing in a toilet cubicle, trying not to pee myself while not letting it touch the floor. It's such a faff.
