Best pinafore / dungaree dress for the Autumn 🍂

I’m looking for one that has a bit of shape to it with perhaps a waistband? but is still fairly loose and comfortable.

££’s no object as I have some nice wool waiting to be used so if it’s too expensive to buy I can copy the idea and make one up.

Have you heard of Lucy and Yak, OP? They're a relatively new, really ethical, independent clothing brand, which I love! They do everything in a dungaree style, including dresses -

Aren't you looking for a dress pattern then? I think the Tilly And The Buttons Cleo Dungaree dress pattern is very popular but I haven't tried it. Have a look on Instagram or Pinterest to see what people have done with it.

I have seen Lucy and Yak already, they do look good. Thanks for the idea though, really simple designs too.

I've got enough skirt patterns that I could use to hash up the basis of a pinafore from, I'm being a bit tight I know!
