What to wear to winter wedding in UK?

I have been invited to a wedding at the end of Jan. Any recommendations as to what to wear? It is in a nice hotel.

I'd be wearing velvet. Lovely lovely velvet.

Velvet, sequins, a fabulous jewel coloured suit, an opera coat over a LBD or a tuxedo "le smoking" style! Closed toe shoes, big warm scarf.

Following. Anxious about attending a mid winter wedding as I get cold v easily!

Def velvet. Nice warm coat, maybe fake fur. Big wool, lovely glam big scarf. Burgundy, maybe purple.

Oh and boots. And shop in the winter sales!
