Body Control knickers - advice please!

HI, I need to get some of these to help me squeeze into a ball dress next week.
Advice needed please!
Should I go for just the control knickers or should I get something more robust i'e body stocking? Surely all the excess fat must squeeze out some-where!!
Also, have read on some websites that in order to be effective they need to be sung fitting so should I go for a size smaller?
Ah - so many decisions - what should I go for and where's the best (not too pricey) place to get them from?
Thanx

it depends - I'm a size 18 and needed the fullbody squeeze(!) but if you just wanna look toned you could try the control knickers. Depends on your body shape as it is - are your more concerned about tum than bum for instance?

well AbRoller tbh it's all over my middle / lower area, the dress looks fairly tight from all angles all over the tum & bum so I guess I'd need the full body!

maybe not - I went for (don't laugh!) knickers resembling cycling shorts. They did the job, comfy but not very appealing to the eye come bedtime but I didn't care. don't get a smaller size as that will only accentuate the excess. I also got a pair of thong back at the same time thinking I just wanted tum held in but they're not good, made my hips look funny (well funnier than they normally look )

bodystocking great for it's intended purpose but sweaty and not very comfy either.

afraid I can't suggest where to get as I live in Ireland but best of luck and enjoy the ball.
