So many retailers with terrible online customer service, so over it!

HOF was a major one & look what happened Hmm

John Lewis has recently sent me incorrect items, incorrectly described items and takes forever to respond to complaints about the above.

Ted Baker CS ... can't even spell correctly in his/her response to my product query (I don't know & I don't care and I can't help, maybe check the website... uh thanks).

TopShop customer service is non existent. Can't ever get through by phone - fobbed off by email. So frustrating, I will never order online from them again.

HoneyDragon · 07/09/2018 10:41

Topshop online CS really annoys me as in store they are excellent. Same with H&M.

SimpleSallyS · 07/09/2018 10:49

I agree John Lewis has gone down the pan. I use resolver.co.uk for as many complaints as possible. Their price matching team is particularly slow.

It's the purely online compaines I find have the worst customer service. Boohoo is horrendous.

That being said, Dunelm are con artists, liars and should be shot with shit.

Elledorado · 07/09/2018 10:57

It's to their own detriment. I haven't shopped in dotty ps, for instance, for over a year (years?) because they sent incorrect items and never bothered to follow up my complaint, refund postage etc.

Victoria secret.
You order from them returns have to be sent via france for some unknown reason and the lady on online chat got really nasty with me when i didnt understand the process "it shouldn't be that hard to understand " fuck you!

I recently used birthday discount on an item at H&M, when it came it was too big so wanted to return it and get smaller size and still use discount. Online chat advised to phone. When I phoned I mentioned that I couldn't take to store as had recently had a transplant and couldn't go out. Anyway the guy arranged return and sent me another code and then this morning I received the most beautiful bouquet of flowers and then a card with a handwritten lovely message. I was so shocked. They certainly have my vote

MrsMozart · 07/09/2018 15:59

How lovely of H&M I hope all goes well for you TomYumSoup

TomYumSoup · 07/09/2018 16:07

Thank you MrsMozart, the flowers were so unexpected and really made my day

Oh that’s good to hear. I had a nightmare last year. They (not I ) has made an error with my address so the parcel has been delivered to an entirely different town.

They realised when I contacted them as I’d not received anything. They gave me number to call. Called it they told me to email everything in writing. Did so. Received a brief reply saying call this number. Called the number they said they could only deal with it in writing. At this point o lost it a little bit Blush

@TomYumSoup that is incredible! Smile
