I like it,casual enough for flats and I'm liking green atm.

escape · 07/06/2007 17:56

not at all - depends what you accessorise with. its lovely

Heathcliffscathy · 07/06/2007 17:57

i tried it yesterday, I LOVE this colour, but have dark brown hair....what colouring do you have?

BrothelSprouts · 07/06/2007 17:57

Nice.

jenthehen · 07/06/2007 17:57

Like the colour but not keen on the big bow.

BishyBarneyBee · 07/06/2007 17:58

bow is tie belt and can be removed or put at back.

I have dark hair and am VERY pale.

sorry bishy .. love the colour but the style seems a little .. ummmm ... twee IMHO

(might be different in RL)

Twiglett · 07/06/2007 18:00

I think its the bow / ric-rac trim edging

looks like my mother's sewing box

BishyBarneyBee · 07/06/2007 18:00

BishyBarneyBee · 07/06/2007 19:09

yes - had to change because talked baout mile for maude at school and then someone said 'I went on that site you talk aout and tried to work out who you were - you swear a lot don't you'

I don't know who you are

please cat me

Bouquetsofdynomite · 07/06/2007 20:15

I like twee, twee is trendy! It's a lovely dress.
I wore a strapless cocktail dress with a bow the other day, all I had to do was the pre-school run. I did wear it over cropped leggings for a Lily Allen/Desperately Seeking Susan look though.

MamaG · 07/06/2007 20:26

and cat me

MrsBadger · 07/06/2007 20:41

I like it - luscious colour and no more twee than some of the stuff in Boden or Joules.

Chelseamum · 07/06/2007 20:44

I've seen it and it will wrinkle like mad and look untidy....not very good quality cotton but nice shape and colour!

MrsBadger · 07/06/2007 20:48

oh, and tie belt in a Windsor knot (like you'd use on a man's tie) so both ends hang straight down

Bouquetsofdynomite · 07/06/2007 21:02

Ooh MrsBadger, what an exciting idea. Ties on ladies (even at the waist) always make me think Marlene Dietrich, very cool.

MrsBadger · 07/06/2007 21:04

I don't think it's espeically groundbreaking - I am just not the bow type so always use it on wrap tops/dresses, dressing gowns etc
