Winter outfit ideas for someone who only knows how to dress in Summer please

I love getting dressed in Summer. I feel confident and great in my clothes and never struggle deciding what to wear. I feel I have my own style and I feel very feminine and very "me". However, in Winter I am the opposite. I feel uncomfortable in everything, have no style and really struggle each morning with what to put on. I inevitably end up feeling dull and frumpy.

In Summer I wear a lot of flared or pleated midi skirts (have tons, mostly from Joy and Oliver Bonas) with fitted tops or bodies and ballet pumps. I also wear a lot of midi and maxi dresses and I like things that fit to just below the bust and then flare out. I like wearing florals and quite "girly" clothes in general. I'm not a trousers person in any season and I hate jeans.

I don't feel that midi skirts and dresses go particularly with tights for Winter so I end up wearing shorter, above knee, dresses and skirts with tights and ankle boots in colder weather. However, I'm not too keen on my legs and never feel very comfortable in these outfits. I'm dreading the colder weather coming and having nothing to wear again!

It seems impossible to me but if anyone has any outfit ideas that they think may suit me please let me know!

I am 34, 5"3', and currently size 16 (have a two week old baby so carrying a bit of extra baby weight which I hope to shift to get back to my normal size 14).

Any ideas or advice would be much appreciated!

I totally think that midi/tights/ankle boots is a great winter look.
