Best every day skinny blue jeans for autumn winter?

I need high waisted blue jeans that don't stretch out and go baggy at the knees/bum. Must be flattering!

Any ideas?
Have worn Topshop Jamie for years but wondering if there's anything else out there?

Next 360 jeans are great - keep their colour and shape

Liefster · 28/08/2018 10:58

I swear by River Island, either Amelie (mid rise super skinny) or Molly (mid rise jegging, although they are higher waisted than the Amelie ones). Really comfy, hold their shape and never go baggy. I wouldn't buy anything else now!

HildaZelda · 28/08/2018 12:08

100% agree with @Liefster. Amelie or Molly are the only jeans I'll buy now. I lean slightly more toward Amelie as they're more fitted, but Molly are good too.

Thanks for the tips ladies - I'll try all these at the weekend and see how they are!

I love the high waisted jeans from Jack Wills.

Sailinghappy · 28/08/2018 13:07

Zara jeans are the best! They’re really inexpensive too 👍🙌

PiggeryPorcombe · 28/08/2018 13:07

I didn’t get on with the Next 360 ones but I’ve got two pairs of their lift, slim and shape and they are amazing.

KellyMarieTunstall2 · 28/08/2018 14:20

I bought some Tesco f and f contour skinnies and they are high waisted and hold their shape well. £22 bargain

AnaViaSalamanca · 28/08/2018 18:42

If you can spend a bit more, J brand alana (crop) and maria (full) are the best I have found.

Peachypips · 28/08/2018 18:45

I also need to know this! Do the above fit large calves? I am a 12 but a lot of the time my wide calves won't get in jeans my size. Grrr

Newmum102 · 28/08/2018 18:48

Another vote for Molly jeans from River Island.
Also tried Tesco contour jeans, got 1 pair and they were brilliant. Got a pair in a different colour and was so disappointed in them. They just became so baggy as I was wearing them.

Racecardriver · 28/08/2018 18:51

I have Jasper conran jeans. They are very cheap and extremely flattering.

Chipsahoy · 28/08/2018 19:47

Another vote for river island. I have Molly and a Amelie. Molly are my Favs out of the two.

worried1254 · 28/08/2018 21:36

The Molly look pretty skintight online - are they only for those with long lean legs? I can't imagine they're flattering for those of us with thicker legs?

Another vote for the next lift slim and shape. They never go baggy at the knees!

For a cheaper option, I do like their denim leggings as well mainly for the choice of colours.

Pinkyyy · 28/08/2018 21:49

Another vote for Zara jeans here too, best quality for high street jeans in my experience

Snitchesgetcandy · 28/08/2018 21:56

I used to love Zara jeans but the last two pairs I’ve bought have ripped on the belt loops. The second pair ripped the first time I wore them. Have I just been unlucky? Or have they improved the quality again?

rainsbows · 29/08/2018 03:39

New look Emilie

SnowBambino · 29/08/2018 03:59

I’ve had the same thing with Zara jeans recently. I’ve worn two pairs until they’ve fallen apart but any ordered recently just haven’t been the same fit or quality.

I just bought a pair of Lee jeans from John Lewis reduced to £27 from £85. Lovely high waist and a slim/skinny rather than super skinny. Think I’m going to back for another pair as they’re such a bargain and very comfortable.

sprinkleoffeckoff · 29/08/2018 04:14

River island molly are great - I'm tall however my legs aren't really that long and I've got a big bum and quite a muscly calf going on - they are great make me look thinner I think (hope Grin)

worried1254 · 30/08/2018 08:09

@sprinkleoffeckoff ok that's interesting - online they don't looking they'd be flattering for a short slightly thicker leg (still only UK 8-10 but def not my best feature!)

Never thought to look at Zara jeans. They only have a longer leg though I think??
