PLEASE someone tell me where I can find an elegant evening top that is neither frumpy nor strumpety...

Come on Style police I need your help. I've been really out of touch recently because carting dd2 around shops is nigh on impossible.

DH and I are going for a night out in the city this Saturday and I am sooo bored of my clothes.

I want an elegant evening top similar to this in cream. I like it because it's simple and clean - not too fashion victimy and has structure and elegance. (I can't get it though as delivery prob won't be in time for Saturday).

Every blardy top I look at is all blousy and too eighties. I know that's what's fashionable but I don't like most of the crap out there right now.

I'm tall, size 8-10 with light olive colouring. Small boobs, trim tum but no longer a washboard. Good shoulders and arms. (I sound like I'm assessing cattle!)

I like long line tops as I don't want midriff on display. I also like them to be tightish not empire line (so bored of it).

Tutter, the Ted Baker one is lovely too. A little bit 'puffball' around the hem (I find they ride up!) but will consider... have to make sure I order today. Thanks.
