NEXT ONLINE - is it because I is thick?

All I want to do is order one hoody, pay on debit card, job done.

When I tried to do that, it insisted on me registering for an account which I don't want, and telling me they'll be invoicing me for £3.75 catalogue which I don't want either.

Does everyone have to do this, or is there a way of just buying something as a one off?

(Our local store has 0, that's a big fat zero, hoodies in size 12-13.)

yeah - it quite bizarre why they do this. You can always get them to order it into the shop next time you are there but it may cost you more than £3.75 in petrol to get there!
