Comfortable, smart, fashionable rucksack

I have an ugly but very comfy, useful rucksack with lots of zipped pockets and mesh bits and big thick padded straps.

I also have a lovely burgundy leather rucksack with one big pocket that doesn’t close properly and skinny uncomfortable straps that dig in.

Is there anything that looks good but is practical and comfortable? Thanks.

The Fjallraven Kanken looks smart and apparently is fabulous though not cheap.
The problem is that every 18-22 year old in the world seems to have one..

Thanks. I can see that they are practical but the straps are skinny and they’re not exactly lovely to look at.

I’m a fan of a Roka rucksack - similar to a Herschel but lighter and smaller. Probably still on the practical rather than beautiful side though?

I like the Mia tui Sydney rucksack. Comfy straps, lots of pockets. Comes in different colours https://miatui.com/collections/backpack/products/sydney-backpack-multiple-colours

I had a Fjällräven Kånken but I found the lack of pockets a pain. And it's not the most beautiful bag in the world.

I now have a Knomo. I don't love it but it's better than the KÃ¥nken. Practical, comfortable and not hideous.

I have a purple Mia tui which is lovely but doesn’t fit my laptop and I have a Herschel which I propetly love and get loads of complements on.

I have a Kipling leather backpack. It’s dark brown and has an attractive material inside. I’ve stopped using it for a while but this thread has reminded me to get it out again. Quite a few pockets.
