what do i eat/drink today so not bloated tonight?

off to theatre tonight, have my outfit but am prone to bloated tummy....any tips to avoid this please?

I don’t eat wheat so tend to avoid loads of bloat inducing foods but I’d still not eat-
rice, cereal, any sauces (had chicken fajita mix the other week which said wheat free but had to go to bed cos of the pain)

Don't eat any cereal or grains. No bread, pasta etc. Eat some tuna and a bit of salad or plain veg soup.

Avoid sugar, wheat or anything processed. Soup would be a good choice. Enjoy the theatre!

No pulses - beans,peas,chickpeas(houmous) Or stone fruit ( peaches,apricots,Advocado). Or apples/asparagus. Drink lactofree milk or any vegan milk( bar wholebean soya).
All high in Fodmaps that can cause bloating and Ibs.
Maybe look into Fodmaps for the future.

Avoid bread. Eat boiled eggs.
