My tights nearly fell down, any solution?

Help please Smile

I went for an interview recently and all was fine until I Ieft the building after the interview. I realised that my tights were failing down Blush Luckily I managed to get to a bathroom and 're-did' myself and then travel home without them falling down as badly again. How do I stop this happening?

I have put on some weight recently so I bought some firm control knickers (a la Bridget Jones) and had the tights over them. Tights were the right size for my new weight. The only solution I can think of is to safety pin them to my knickers? I have another interview on Tuesday and would like to wear the same outfit as it is smart and cool and the temp here is due to be 31.

If anyone has any solutions, I would be grateful for the advice.

I size up. I can't stand tight tights iyswim!

Knickers over tights, like Wonder Woman 😁

Pants, tights, control knickers in that order. Hope you get the job x

Tights in this weather!

For me, the solution would be hold-ups (size up so that they sit higher on the bigger part of your leg).

Knickers over tights.

Alternatively, if they are nude tights, get a can of sally Hansen airbrush legs. It's makeup for your legs that looks just like you have natural tights on. It's not orange, it doesn't budge or sweat off, it's removed with soap. It's brilliant! Much better in this weather.
Lots of reviews and pics online

@faloma Thanks. It's been a long slog looking for work and this is only a temporary position but if I get it, it will very likely pave the way for more work for me.

Tights in this weather!

I know Smile I always dress smartly for interviews and the dress is professional but quite light so it isn't too unbearable in this heat. I am usually smart casual at work but as this company are an unknown entity, it is best to dress up rather than down for me.
