Please can you help me find a dress to wear to a wedding?

It's a seriously formal, stately home type affair. DH has been told to wear whatever the bloody hell his 'best' uniform is called, so he's sorted. But I have no clue I feel totally out of my depth. I've been looking online for weeks and I just have no idea what's appropriate. I don't know anyone that who's going so I have no one to ask.

I'm a size 8/10 and 5"4. Really self conscious of my stomach since having DS 8 months ago.

I feel a bit pathetic really! I've lost my identity a bit with clothes, and a lot of confidence with it, so I'm open to suggestions. This'll be the first proper day out DH and I have had in nearly a year. I just want to feel good about myself.

What colours do you like and when is it (Autumn?)

I love all colours! But I think I tend to look quite washed out by anything pastel.

I don't really have a budget in mind either, probably up to £150.

I’m about your height and size and also hate my stomach after pregnancy.. I bought this one for a wedding in the spring and it is lovely..

I always like Phaee 8 for formal dresses. I’m 5’8” and tgry area good length on me, so might be too long on you.I like this.

More of a vintage style vibe? Always seem to sit nicer on smallest part of waist and fuller skirts can hide bits you don't like so much xx
