What is everyone wearing to the office?

I see lots of people wearing really lovely dresses, very simple shape without being too fiitted and perfect for the hot weather. Google search hasn't helped - where are they all?

You might not be able to find stuff now, as it's towards the end of the season (I know that sounds mad, but autumn stuff is already creeping into stores I've noticed!)

This dress has been available for the last couple of years, in different colours, and also with various patterns. I have three plain ones - white (which is fully lined, making it a bit hot for current weather), dark green and fuchsia pink.

Team with a cardi for cooler days/nights, and it works really well.

Roman originals (online) have a lovely dress this shape, search on their site for cocoon dress. In pink or navy, fits really nicely.

I've seen llliads of people wearing shift dresses that we slightly more a-line than your example. I'll have to bite the bullet and ask next time I see one.
