I need a jacket/cardigan to go with this dress!

My DD1 is getting married in 6 weeks. This is the dress I am wearing (chosen by my DD2 as I NEVER wear dresses!) It looks nice on me, and she made me get some low heels to go with it but we couldn't find a jacket.

It's a beach side wedding..Cornwall. Hoping for decent weather, but I might need some sort of covering and have no idea what to get!

Any ideas gratefully received! (in case it helps, I'm 50, size 10/12 with brown hair that has white streaks!)

Is that grey and white?

I think something to go with the spots rather than the grey because it could end up looking a little "day at the office" with a grey jacket/cardigan. Or do you have a corsage/handbag/shoes with a contrasting colour?

Not sure really, the dress is a bit officey, and would maybe not look good with a cardigan or jacket.. Maybe a draped shawl to match.that you can wear,or not wear,depending on the weather.

It's a good dress. I agree a light shawl would look nice for a wedding if it's a bit cold.

I would get a jacket in a bright colour. Pink or purple/lilac look great with grey.
