Touch Eclat - is it just me?!

I can't seem to get on with it, I put a small amount under eyes and it just dries into my fine lines.

I'm 38 nearly so I do have a few crinkles (!) Everyone raves about Touch Eclat but I barely notice any difference using it, the difference I do notice isn't positive.

Is it just me?!

I have dark circles and could never get on with concealer until I watched this clip.
The difference using pink based concealer and applying it lower down has made is fabulous.
I love this make up artist, it's well worth watching her tutorials.

Makes my under eyes really sore! Wouldn’t use it again
