Can anyone recommended the nastiest, most revoltingly stomach-turning anti nail biting polish on the market?

'Somebody' has almost nibbled to his armpits...

I feel your pain... my 13 year old is an ex biter but when stressed can revert to it... after a few infections in the nail bed he eventually just stopped on holiday last year... I tried everything so can’t offer anything really other than sympathy.

We are trying bribery again! It might work, you never know!

As a nail biter for 30 years - it will be more than just habit. It’s horrible to give up. If he is doing it even with the anti bite stuff then it will be anxiety related perhaps find out the cause of this.

I hate the way my nails look and find it embarrassing but my nail beds are now so short that they rip easily with any kind of length.

I'm 44 and still haven't managed to stop. I'd love to but it's so entrenched I really don't know how to. It's not stress or anxiety for me, it's just an unconscious habit. My nails are very soft and weak so break even if I don't bite them.
