low wedges

Can anyone find me some nice low wedges for summer to go with skirts and jeans - fashionable yet practical. I find it hard to dash around in higher wedges yet would love some as I'm fed up with military stle trainers? All the ones I've seeen are too high. Thanks in advance!

Next have got some low wedge footbeds in white and blue that I was looking at. I can't do the specific link because the next site is weird, but theyare on this page:

thanks - will go shopping tomorrow and look at New Look and Next. Thought I'd make an effort to have something 'now' in my wardrobe!

which ones? I want some red wedges. your link goes to the homepage.

Sorry - it's here

twinsetandpearls · 30/05/2007 16:29

THey are nice although I can't do a strap across my ankle

electra · 30/05/2007 19:20

oh that's a shame. My ankles are too skinny so it helps to have a strap in my case. Not least because otherwise my shoes fall off

luciemule · 30/05/2007 20:09

they're nice but I want open toe for summer and easy to walk in with support around the foot. I have such narrow feet so I need support around the sides etc but still want pretty but not high.
