Stop it all of you. I’ve somehow just ordered a merino scarf and amie joggers.... Grin

neveradullmoment99 · 31/07/2018 23:20

Grin Grin Grin
But honestly, the merino scarf is an absolute bargain too. I forgot about that. No use just now but utterly fabulous come autumn. I should really have ordered one with the jeans.

Ellapaella · 31/07/2018 23:21

The Amie joggers are a true bargain though. And even if nothing else make great lounge wear, lovely soft material and super comfy. Not sure how I've resisted yet other than I already have harems and a pair of similar joggers in grey from fat face that I wear loads.

neveradullmoment99 · 31/07/2018 23:21

Its a beautiful blue too....

neveradullmoment99 · 31/07/2018 23:23

But then, this is how it all builds up
Merino scarf - £12
Ami joggers - £15
Jeans - £25
and before you know it, you have spent £42
Saying that, look at what you have bought. Quite a lot for the price!!

neveradullmoment99 · 31/07/2018 23:24

Sorry £52 - Its late Grin

neveradullmoment99 · 31/07/2018 23:25

Then add the rose jumper at £30 and that's £82 before you know it.
Still great bargains.

Clickncollect · 01/08/2018 07:25

Hi all, delurking to ask those who have the rose jumper - did you need to size down/up or was it true to size? Thanks!

Laska5772 · 01/08/2018 07:29

True ella but I never wear them well anyway but but blimey, nevers Halo got pulverised into Dust ...

Ellapaella · 01/08/2018 07:58

@Clickncollect I've ordered it but not arrived yet, can let you know when it does but I've ordered small (I'm a big 10 on top) and I think it'll be fine judging by the reviews.
Soyo has it so she might be able to advise.

Oh god I’ve gone nuts. I’ve ordered the amies for my mum. I have them and they feel beautiful on - nicest thing ever on your legs. I’ve reordered the star jeans for the third time. Plus the holly jeans. The rose jumper. An Annabelle dress. The suede jacket which I have loved (this and the Annabelle would be autumn budget, honestly). And who knows what all else. Most will go back but there are a few things I have eyed for ages...

SoyYo · 01/08/2018 08:48

Morning! To those who asked I’ve the Bargain Rose jumper and I’d say it’s true to size, I ordered M and 34FF, it’s a more fitted style but not super tight either, just right and very soft...I like that it’s reversible too so provided you remove the labels on the “white” side very carefully it could be quite versatile.
I’m hoping the modal in it will mean less wobbling and good washing endurance. When you think about it it’s less than we’ve paid for casual cotton sweatshirts but definitely smart enough for work. I really like it!

Now you’re all tempting me with the bargain star jeans 🙈🙉 mmmm they really are a bargain!

neveradullmoment99 · 01/08/2018 08:56

@ Laska - you know i didnt order all that stuff? Only the star jeans. I have resisted the amies, scarf, rose jumper so Halo half intact. It was only hypothetically speaking how lots of little bargains can add up😀

Laska5772 · 01/08/2018 09:10

Of course..how could I have doubted you *Never..? BlushGrin..
I have been eyeing up Elena summer jumper ..but as I am sitting at the vet again its not happening..

neveradullmoment99 · 01/08/2018 09:16

How is your cat?

neveradullmoment99 · 01/08/2018 09:28

I really like the elena jumper. Its really lovely.

SoyYo · 01/08/2018 09:45

*porpoise” nice haul! Agree on the Amies and that suede jacket does look fabulous! I’d like to know what you think of the quality for future reference. I have 2 suede bikers and 3 leather jackets so can’t justify any more right now. Having said that they’re not Hush so may well invest in future sales if someone can recommend as fair value for £.

So...I also ordered the star jeans: just to try not expecting to keep (famous last words) was persuaded by Ella description as I have (relatively speaking) a big waist but slim hips/legs and have never got on with the boyfriend jeans so we will see... ordered in 10 and 12 (my usual Hush jeans size). We can compare notes tomorrow never and this is the danger with Hush: as I was adding jeans to basket I noticed black tailored jacket in my “wish list” but o.o.o. had a 12 back in stock so added that too! Blush again will return unless totally perfect.
It’s a good job I’ve got another 8 days long haul work trip coming up in a weeks’ time as when I’m away i don’t have time to look at bargains at all!

laska good luck with moggie you’ve got my sympathy having been through so much trauma recently with our poor old boy...Flowers and each vet check/visit is so expensive! Hush habit is peanuts compared to that! Shock

nearly nice to see you back, hope you like the Amies and Rose jumper as much as I do, I kind of threw them together for the photo I uploaded only because they arrived in the same parcel and was surprised they looked good together as stripy trousers usually want a plain top but it worked 👍I’m really pleased with them

ilovecherries · 01/08/2018 10:00

My experience of the reversible jumpers is that they are lovely BUT the lace on my bra cups rubbed bobbles on the underside the first time I wore it, meaning I never really wore the light coloured side (blue lightning bolt from last year). The lesson would appear to be wear a smooth cup bra or a cami underneath.

SoyYo · 01/08/2018 10:14

Thanks for the tip cherries, my everyday bras are all smooth (Fantasie here www.figleaves.com/uk/fantasie-smoothing-underwired-balconette-bra/FE-4520.html?dwvar_FE-4520_color=76192&cgid=brand-fantasie-lingerie-bras#prefn1=padding&prefv1=Non-padded&start=2) best style for me and non padded (hate hate padded bras as I don’t need further “enhancing”).
Thought I’d link if you’re on the lookout for a new simple t shirt bra style.
I also have the Stella reversible jumper (was in sale now o.o.o.) in red/grey but haven’t bothered with the grey side yet. Wore several times in the eve during recent visit to Buenos Aires with a vest underneath and so far so good 😊

ilovecherries · 01/08/2018 10:30

That’s a nice bra. I would LOVE some tee shirt bras but they just aren’t made in a K cup. I asked why in Bravissimo and she said it just wasn’t possible to get the degree of support required in a one-piece cup. It should be possible to make them without lace (although they also don’t exist), but the cup would still need 3 main pieces plus a side sling. My biggest disappointment about weight loss is that my boobs are still proportionally the same size. Obviously smaller than they were as there’s a big difference between 40K and 32K, but still humongous!

Alittleshaderequired · 01/08/2018 10:38

Hi ladies, I just wanted to say thanks for the tip to check the hush website early each morning. After checking for 1wk, someone clearly returned their size 12 and I managed to snap it up. I do love it but all I can say is the model in the main pic must be short (I’m only 5ft5) and I seems much longer on her. Going through the pics it shows you a second model and mine looks more like hers. I’d definitely prefer it longer but it will do its holiday job. Thanks again for the tip. I’d love to stick around but I can’t get on much so can’t offer the great support and advice you all give each other but I hope you don’t mind if I continue to read. Thanks ladies. ⭐️

SoyYo · 01/08/2018 11:02

cherries that’s a bummer, I was hoping that Fantasie style went to your size but admittedly didn’t check before linking (sorry!). If it’s any consolation I’m the same as you, I can lose weight and go down in back size but cup size is unmovable Angry and honestly in all your pics your body shape looks balanced and not top heavy so you’re obviously wearing the right styles. Like you I always think I’m much bigger than I really am and it’s all down to our own perception with our big boobs...

alittle good news! Can’t remember what it was you were after but glad you found it, please always feel free to pop in and comment and it doesn’t always have to be Hush either Smile

Laska5772 · 01/08/2018 11:02

That looks like a good bra soy (always on the look out for decent bras)
Dcat has been fine up to this morning , bounce returning but didn't like the twice daily feeding regime, but it meant he ate everything.. seemed fine last night but lethargic floppy this morning, didn't want to eat much.. I gave him his insulin, but he still wouldn't eat , so i rang the vet.. shes checked him over and he has to go back in all day again tomorrow for another blood sugar curve observation .. and then we have vet again on Friday!.
And yes , we have no pet insurance!!!.

Under vet stress I may have ordered the Brigitte jumper in navy , have liked it all season .. its a good price now.. for some reason the grey is £10 more

The Elena jumper is great , but Id get it filthy in no time

Alittleshaderequired · 01/08/2018 11:05

@SoyYo, thanks. It was the ‘Greek widow’ Alanis dress. Smile

Alittleshaderequired · 01/08/2018 11:09

And bras are a big problem for me too. Despite having lost weight, I’m a bit gutted to still have E cups which I have realised means I often need a bigger size than I need if that makes sense. So the Alanis dress in a 10 was great everywhere but tight across the chest.
