Outfit for first time lunch with boyfriend's family

Pub lunch tomorrow with boyfriend's family. It's the first time I've met them so want to make a good impression. I find summer dressing difficult at the best of times (I don't like to get my legs out). They're jeans and t-shirt types so I don't want to be too dressed up. I'm a 'curvy' size 8 and 5'10".

Ideas so far:

Mid/light blue jeans, flat silver sandals, bright blue drapey jersey top (is it too hot for jeans?). I also have white jeans but - too 'try hard'? Too Liz Hurley? (I'm about her age)

Navy and cream striped maxi t-shirt dress, same sandals - I know maxi dresses aren't always favoured on S&B but I know this suits me

White parallel leg linen trousers, same sandals, Chinese blue fitted top or maybe grey fitted t-shirt - not sure about linen trousers (can be a bit 'meh') and again is white a bit 'flash'? I have navy too but they're a bit of an everyday 'middle aged staple' and I don't feel 'special' in them. And not sure about fitted top/t-shirt as I might sweat!

Which would you wear if it was just you and your boyfriend?

Wear that.

Be yourself from the start. Don't worry about being "flash" you be yourself. Far better to do that than try to fit in and give an impression of yourself which isn't really "you".

The maxi dress; you don’t express any qualms about being too hot in it or too flash and it will look like a t shirt above the table

Yeah, wear what you'd wear normally, but nothing that's too tits-ahoy Wink
