OH definitely have a manicure/acrylics done.

Low cut top - make sure you where a necklace with a charm or a drop that just skims the top of where your cleavage starts matching earrings and bracelet too to look 'polished'.

Glossy lips - not dark lipstick though.

Agree with wearing a big smile.

twinniemum · 29/05/2007 22:11

If it were me going, I'd were something classic, let the others be fashion victims, choose a colour to lift your skin tone, some understated accessories and a bloody great smile.

If you are self conscious about parts of your body, wear something to compliment the good stuff. A short sleeved jacket or cardi that disguises, pulls you in at the waist is always a goodun. Have a shower, some peace and quiet and root through all your clothes, you are sure to find something you feel good in. Jeans and a top, some nice earrings a few beads around your wrist, you'll look fab.

Talk to everyone, smile, laugh, wink at your DP.

Believe in yourself and enjoy it. She'll probs be green with envy.

Have a good time XX

Twinniemum, yuo have the one accessory that she may well covet the most - your DH. Remember that, walk tall (it knocks pounds off a person) and wear a big smug smile.
