I want my hair the same colour as the girl who's just been on "how to look good naked"

how would you describe it to a hairdresser and does anyone know what the upkeep would entail?

Hi ggirl - I've actually just applied to the programme (can't believe I did!).
I reckon you need to find the same colour in a magazine and take it to the salon to show the sylist.
I just guess you'd have to go regularly to maintain the colour but how about just going a bit lighter than the bottom of your hair as then, when the hair grows out, it'll be more natural. I had blonde highlights all over but went just a shade lighter than the tips of my hair (mousey blonde) so never needed to get it touched up.
Have 3/4 different shades for it to look natural like hers was.

I love the program but always find it odd that he goes on about how gorgeous they are then puts them in sucky-in pants.Surely somewhat hypocritical.

I've lost 2 stone on the cambridge diet but that's almost made my body shape even worse and finding clothes is still a complete nightmare. My boobs have also disappeared too much but my calves and thighs still look fat to me! He'd certainly be earning his large amount of money!
