Waaahhhh, I finally have the length I have always wanted but it's so dull and damaged that I feel like it needs to be chopped off again SadAngry

Is there any creams, masks, treatments or plain old conditioners that will help me?

I have already stopped straightening and blow drying and washing less often is there something else I should be doing too?

Well it's not as frizzy but the bottom half still looks so unhealthy and sad...

Kerastase's pale green range is amazing for frazzled hair. Mine loves it and looks shiny, swingy and bouncy despite regular battering from heat/highlights. The Ciment Thermique is my absolute favourite item in the range, though.

I haven't tried any of these myself though. My favourite is the Hask Keratin sachet.

My local hairdressers does Hair Botox which I recommend. Other than that weekly olive oil or castor oil treatments and leave in overnight.
