I've been told by the GP I have rosecea but nothing they have given me is helping and I just can't afford to buy and try everything out there that supposedly makes a difference. It seems to be spreading and getting worse and is really getting me down Sad

Some days I don't want to go out because my face is so awful unless I plaster it in make up which doesn't make it look normal, just less bad.

It's the redness, the rough texture, the 'bumpiness' and the little tiny whiteheads that I just can't seem to cover up no matter what I try. No primer/concealer:foundation combo covers it anyway.

Beginning to give up. Am I destined to have this stupid face forever? Please help! SadSad

Make up wise I'd recommend dermacol, I get it on amazon for around £10 for a tube, you don't use much as you can top it up with powder so it lasts ages!

Do you own animals who live in the house? Mites cause a lot of rosacea for humans. Tea tree oil mixed into your usual moisturiser will help (don't use undiluted oil on your skin). Also tea tree oil wipes and shampoo are available and I would try them as well.
I'm currently using the LED light mask others are raving about on a thread here and I've noticed a difference already after 4 sessions, not madly expensive and worth the outlay in my opinion. Rosacea vastly improved here.

Roaccitane or something like that helps most people doesn't it ? I can't believe he didn't offer any solution !🙄

Google SLE (Systemic Lupus Erythmematosus)

You have so many of the symptoms , did your GP mention this or rule it out?
