White company - anyone else tried in vain to unsubscribe from them?

So much for GDPR. I have pressed the unsubscribe button many times since Christmas, and STILL I get almost daily emails. Anyone else?

No- but I have emailed 3 times via the contact form on their website to complain about a size 16 cashmere jumper which shrunk so badly on a cold hand wash that it now fits my 3 year old and have had no reply so I won't be shopping there again.
