Viscose or polyester?

Can someone tell me the difference of these fabrics? I don't own any
Polyester but find more and more my tops are viscose :-(

All I know is viscose is breathable and polyester isn't.

Hah! Yes Viscose is supposed to be breathable but i can wear polyester without being a sweat bucket but have to check the label before buying anything as everything is bloody viscose. If it has even a small amount of viscose I get the sweats at the back of my neck and lower back.

Bloody pain, shopping for clothes, especially trying to read all the labels (and having security behind me thinking I am trying to remove the security tags. Oh What fun!)

Hate hate hate viscose.

Polyester makes you feel sweaty as it's not breathable. Viscose doesn't.

Err yes it does to me anyway!

Personally I would prefer natural material but that would cost ££
