Just something cool and floaty or floppy for everyday. I've looked online and in the shops in our (admittedly small) town. White would be good!

Uniqlo had a pretty cotton one that came in white, navy and a gold colour a few weeks ago.

Honestly i had the best one ever!
It was Nicole Farhi, and i managed to get another second hand from Ebay . It was black , kind of bias cut. The linen was so soft it required very little maintenance . Nicole farhi linen does come up on eBay a lot, worth a try?

It's weird - simple 'floppy floaty' skirts must be the easiest garment in the world to make but there never seem to be many.

I've been living in one I got from M&S a couple of weeks ago (can't find it online) - midcalf on me but I'm short - white or chambray type blue with some embroidery on the hem. Shirred elastic waist, that's fine with a vest top over. Maybe not exactly 'style and beauty' but it suits me and is extremely comfortable in the warm weather.

I saw some me in M&S but I bought 3 from peacocks! Navy, beige and khaki. They’re brilliant and were only about £12 each with an offer. They’re linen. I would say size down at least a size
