DP and I are having a statutory wedding ceremony soon, no fuss and no family, just neighbours as witnesses.
However I would still like to look quite nice 
I fancy a sort of casual-smart dress, the kind I could wear all day and not look OTT in if we're just having lunch in a nice pub, and could wear again.
I prefer navy and black, am very short and a size 8 but still with a lovely saggy tummy thanks to two kids so don't feel comfortable in anything clingy, and only want to spend £50-70. I'm imagining something Joan Holloway might wear
