has any one out there got some advice on having it done!

I have got a wedding in June where i will be bridesmaid, i will also be 32 Pg!
Have decided to have a spray tan to give me a bit of a lift ( looked like shite when i was 32 with ds!!)
Now have just spoke to a lady who does them and she has suggested that i should have it done on the Friday night before the wedding , now as a spray Virgin this seems to close for comfort, did tell her my concerns about looking orange and she said that i wouldn't and it would look nice and fresh - so come on spray ladies what is your experiences!!

yes

have it the night before

if its a good salon they should offer you a chance to go back the next day and give you a top up if you want it (like say, you want your face done a wee bit more, or your cleavage, etc)

a fake tan is THE number one way to boost your confidence, and st tropez is a good choice

have fun!

You won't look orange ( Make sure it is ST tropez) In the wrong hands you could end up streaky so I would advise letting her do it once before then

pinkrangerstartstowaddle · 25/05/2007 17:14

Thank you ladies!

She seems very professional and knew whats she was talkinng about, so looks like ill go with it!

mellowma-pmsl,you took a valium beforehand.

Is it de rigeur to hold up your flabby belly so the underside can be browned sufficiently???

pinkrangerstartstowaddle · 25/05/2007 17:15

yes ,def the St Tropez, she does that and anthore type that i hadnt heard of so thought i would go with the Popular one!

paula-is that in answer to my Q?

nailpolish · 25/05/2007 17:19

could you ahve a wee trial run before hand if you are still worried?

i had a wedding 3 weeks after i gave birth, i felt like SHIT - looked so tired and fat - on the photos i look glowing - the tan definitely helped

paulaplumpbottom · 25/05/2007 17:20

yes, sorry, you will have to wear disposable panties though

nailpolish · 25/05/2007 17:21

paula - you dont have to wear disposible pants - i wear an old pair of my own that i dont mnd getting stained

paulaplumpbottom · 25/05/2007 17:22

pinkrangerstartstowaddle · 25/05/2007 17:23
