Hello! I need walking shorts for an upcoming camping/ walking trip. I worse my Next shorts today and they were just a bit thick and stiff but the length is ok- mid thigh and I’m 5’2”. I’m 12/14 and they are just about a fit but a 14 gapes at the waist. It’s my wine belly that I need to fasten over. I’m dieting but it won’t be gone any time soon! I need ideally some short hiking shorts with a bit of elastic at the waist to give a better fit. Most I see are knee length and I look like a shot putter in them. Anyone seen/ got any? I’ve really enjoyed the game all today and keen to get out more if I can be comfy and not look too awful so not really a style post but I don’t want to look hideous...
