We got some great ones from Gap a while back (two years ago?) Hang on a sec...

wurlywurly · 25/05/2007 14:42

matalan are normally pretty good.

Bibis · 25/05/2007 14:42

Gap - the only things I buy from them are their pjs or JoJo Maman Bebe I bought gingham type shorties in either pink or blue a couple of years ago, they are gorgeous but have to be ironed which was ok when we had an ironing lady but now I live in the real world and my dh irons it is hard to convince him of this

rowan1971 · 25/05/2007 14:43

Good Lord, Gap don't seem to have a website. Or am I being thick?

Anyway, they're v. nice. One has blue short-sleeved t-shirt-style top with a pretty turtle-type creature on and blue-and-white stripy shorts. The other is the same style but in a red colourway, with fantastic oriental-style dragon on the shirt.

FrannyandZooey · 25/05/2007 14:43

I get DS1's from The White Company (normally in the sale). The last set lasted 2 years and are still good enough to be passed onto DS2.

TheApprentice · 25/05/2007 14:53

JoJo have got some gorgeous ones but, as Bibis says, they need ironing.

£14 each , quite pricey, but you save £5 if you buy two pairs!

FrannyandZooey · 25/05/2007 14:54

wurlywurly he has the first la redoute set in a long version so you are def on the right track! They are brushed cotton though, I was not sure if they would be as cool as thin cotton type?

cod who cares what HE likes when I am paying? (he doesn't especially like cars, but if he chose we would get ones with dogs or some kind of fruit on, I expect)

FrannyandZooey · 25/05/2007 14:55

What is joules pls?

Do the Jojo ones have to be ironed, really? Cos that is out...we have some that prob should be ironed, but we just don't do it
