Boden dress shrunk in wash...

A Boden dress I bought a fortnight ago, and washed once, has shrunk! Are they ok about returning things that have been washed? Will I get a refund? It was washed according to instructions. Very disappointed!

They are very good with refunds. If you followed the instructions you should be fine.

I like that! What a pity, I think it's quite unusual to have their jersey stuff shrink. You will have no problem getting your money back whichever way you go about it.

I really liked it too, it was such a comfortable fit. Couldn't believe it shrunk. I'm used enough to gentle cycle their dresses, I have a few.

Phone their customer service line (you have to list to Jonny waffling on first) they are really helpful.

My Boden (Antonia wrap dress) shrank recently too. I explained it to them and they were very speedy about it: offered me a refund or exchange (I went for the latter as I love the dress so much - will just dry clean).

I also sent the dress back to them so Quality Control could see how much it had shrunk (it was a good couple of inches shorter!)

They exchanged things I have shrunk with no quibble too.
Once I rang hysterical Cus exdh had shrunk my new cashmere jumper.. I wanted advice on how to stretch it... Wasn't expecting a new one as it was our fault yet they did send me a new one... It was my birthday present and I did cry down the phone, I think the lady just wanted me off the phone tbh

Sorry to hijack but I bought a dress a couple of months ago that I think is one size too small. I didn't keep the packing receipt. Never worn. Do they take that kind of return?
