Pls reccomend by a tattoo artist - London or nearby

As the title says really! I want to get my first tattoo at 45 and haven't a clue what to look for / where to start regarding choosing the person to do it.

I only want a small one but I do want to be sure of the quality. Happy to drive and pay decent money etc etc so yes any recommendations would be welcome.
