Which would you buy?

RayBan aviators. Gold frame. Possibly pink mirrored lenses.

hendricksy · 29/06/2018 19:22

Rayban wayfarers .. I have aviators too but prefer the wayfarers .. really flattering !! I buy the smallest size in both because I have a smallish face .

SequinsOnEverything · 29/06/2018 19:25

I'm pretty happy with my primark wayfarers to be honest, but if I could afford it and trust myself not to lose or scratch them, I'd get rayban wayfarers.

LadyFairfaxSake · 29/06/2018 19:48

Randolph Engineering, also known as AO or American Optical. Sunglass manufacturers to the US Military, as worn in Top Gun.
Great glare reduction, no distortion, choice of frame sizes, colours & lens colours.

Ray Ban Jackie O's.

Eminybob · 29/06/2018 19:57

Ooh I was at the airport recently and decided to treat myself to a new pair. I didn’t set myself a budget as such but had been hankering for a pair of ray ban wayfarers for ages, so was happy to spend that sort of money.
However, after trying on practically every pair in duty free, I settled on a pair from Ted Baker which were half the price of the ray bans. So I guess that’s your answer!

AFistfulofDolores1 · 29/06/2018 20:02

Ray-Ban Aviators.

HyacinthsBucket70 · 29/06/2018 20:06

Ray Ban wayfarers. They are such good quality, I've got 3 pairs Blush but one is at least 15 years old and the dog chewed the ends when he was a puppy. Once you've had their lenses, nothing else compares and you can go from bright light to shade ie driving into a car park without having to take them off sharpish. I think protecting your eyes properly is worth the expense.

LemonysSnicket · 29/06/2018 20:13

Cubits acrylic or tortoise shells

WowLookAtYou · 29/06/2018 20:13

Mauis.
No contest. The vision in them is fabulous.

moreismore · 29/06/2018 20:14

Raybans

HundredMilesAnHour · 29/06/2018 20:21

Mykita's Bernhard Willhelm Franz. I totally love them and already have 2 pairs but that just isn't enough!!

puppymouse · 29/06/2018 20:52

I have some Havaianas. Never knew they even did sunglasses - only had the flip flops. My sister in law was sporting a pair. I love them because they're rubber framed which is useful for my lifestyle. And they look good. I do have the kids' ones though, they come up big.

Thundersky · 29/06/2018 22:14

Tom Ford sunglasses

honeylou42 · 30/06/2018 07:12

A Tiffany pair Smile

expatmigrant · 30/06/2018 09:39

Ray Ban's all the way

rightknockered · 30/06/2018 11:14

Rayban aviators, nothing else compares imo

BarryTheKestrel · 30/06/2018 11:17

I have multiple pairs of Hawkers and really rate them. I bought my first pair to replace my Ray bans at short notice and given the price difference for very similar quality I wouldn't go back.

mineofuselessinformation · 30/06/2018 11:20

Anything with polarised lenses - they make a huge difference.

poppym12 · 30/06/2018 11:29

I thought Ray ban wayfarers but when at the airport earlier this year looking to treat myself, I realised that they just didn't suit me. I bought some DKNY as they were a better shape for my face.

musicinthe00ssucks · 30/06/2018 11:38

Rayban wafarers with polarised lenses

musicinthe00ssucks · 30/06/2018 11:39

Wayfarers even!

stopfuckingshoutingatme · 30/06/2018 13:21

Tom Ford all the way
In my 3rd pair !

AuntieMay · 30/06/2018 13:28

I treated myself to some beautiful Gucci ones last summer after the new puppy ate my previous sunglasses😁

notproductive · 30/06/2018 14:02

I love D&G, fun shapes, colours & comfy. Used to love Raybans & wayfarers but they’re a bit ubiquitous these days.
