Warning rant lol

This was days ago after they promised within 24 hours. Every single item is delayed on my order. No more emails or communication, nothing. It’s also not the first time this has happened. I wouldn’t mind but I can’t go to the store because I can’t bloody find anything!

M&S need to pull their fingers out

I've had the same issue this week with a skirt I want. In stock online, but then I had this email, then another 24hrs later saying they were unable to fulfil the order at all so have refunded me.

I went back online, the skirt is still showing in stock, so I place a new order. Just today I had the email above. What's the bet tomorrow they outright cancel the order?

I hope they don’t cancel mine :( I don’t want to go into store as I can never find what I need and there’s never any staff around :(
