Recognise this dress - royal blue with yellow stripe at the hem?

I saw it on online but can’t find it now :( Saw someone wearing it at Ascot. Anyone recognise the description please?
It’s knee / midi length, fitted at the waist then flaring out. Could be a shirt dress. Royal blue with a small black pattern, with a broad strip of the same fabric in yellow around the bottom.

That rings a bell actually, it may have been a link from here a few weeks ago. I'll see if I can remember. Somewhere like phase 8 or jacques vert or something I think.

Definitely not the Preen one, but thanks for trying. The fabrics Are similar but there is, well, less fullness and it’s shorter and neater.

I thought Hobbs or Phase 8, or similar high street price point, and maybe on a department store site , but drawing a blank so far.
