Hi 👋

I am feeling like I need a pick me up! So I want to invest in some top notch foundation.

Happy to spend up to £100.

I don't want high street stuff because I have tried all that.

Also tried all your basic designer ones such as estee laude, Chanel, ysl etc.

I would like something different ! Can anyone recommend anything?

I am a new convert to Shiseido Synchro Skin (used Georgio Armani before). The match is brilliant and makes my skin look naturally great :-) They do a glow version and a more matt one.

The best I have ever used is Bobbi brown skin foundation.

Just remembered a Korean BB cream I used to use actually, Missha. About £20. Beautiful texture. It's on Amazon in fact I think I'll buy it again

I've been using Mac studio face and body it's nice and light and you only need a tiny bit.

Tempted to try some of these suggestions now though!

I'm liking the sound of the IT cosmetics CC Cream Smile

Zelens. Circa £60. Fabulous.

Best I have ever used is Suqqu original cream foundation but they have a fairly limited colour range. Their Frame fix foundation is also excellent but better for oilier skins.

Chantecaille Future skin is also incredible.

Nearest I've got to Suqqu without the £££ is Nars sheer glow.

All of the above blend into my skin and disappear, whilst miraculously making my skin look 'done.' ELDW just oxidises like mad on me and gives me an 'orange lady at makeup counter' look.

Following with interest as have just flogged my Charlotte Tilbury on ebay...had a sample, thought it was amazing, bought a full bottle, thought it was crap. What's that all about then? Confused
