My teeth ARE ACTUALLY WHITER

I've bee on a quest for whiter teeth for ages now. My teeth have prone to staining since I was a teen and I love tea and red wine....

Last night I used the iWhite 2 pre filled trays from Boots. Woke up this morning and my teeth are actually, properly whiter!! And I can use them for four more days to get even more whiteness!

I'm so excited. My yellow teeth have been making me soooo self conscious of late. Only £20!

I've also bought the mouth wash so will be using that daily.

I can’t remember exactly how long mine took,it was definitely a week but could have been longer. Daily and I think for an hour each time. I’m sure they’ll be some instructions on line.

Thanks for recommendations I was thinking of doing the eBay crest strips but will try these

The only whitening product that works for me without making my teeth sensitive is the arm and hammer whitening toothpaste.

I had my teeth whitened professionally and now use the Poladay 9.5 weekly to keep them nice. It seems to work well. Like a PP I was given the tray as part of the whitening service but you can order them online as well.

And a word of warning - don’t go to the stands at places like the Ideal Home that offer cheap whitening. I did that and it made zero difference.

Also beware of the eBay white strips, some dodgy ones out there.

There are two different strengths on there 9.5 and 35, that’s quite a difference, was it the 9.5 one that you got good results with?
I already have trays from the dentist.

retainertrainer · 20/06/2018 15:35

I used the 9.5
