I had my hair coloured very dark brown for the last few years but got sick of it. My last 2 visits, the hairdresser has been using a product to gently lift out colour and lighten it. It's working well but she suggested trying a bleach wash to speed up the process. From what I understand, it's the weakest possible bleach solution
My hair is very coarse, curly, dry and prone to frizz. It's well controlled these days because I have found a regime that works - finally! I don't want to ruin all my good work if bleach, even a mild solution, is going to stress it out. Anyone got experience to share?
