Going in August for holiday and have looked at some pharmacy websites but I'm none the wiser.

I would think so as it’s sold in mainland Spain knows as Retirides :-)

LoniceraJaponica · 11/06/2018 22:51

Given that it makes your skin more sensitive to sunlight why would you want to use it on holiday?

ggirl · 11/06/2018 22:52

brilliant thanks so much

Yes, you can, no problem. Pharmacies didn’t always seem to have it in stock though, so don’t wait till your last day - they seem to be able to get it within about 48 hours.

ggirl · 11/06/2018 23:24

thanks for that advice

I have always going the pharmacies abroad really good ( we are always sick on holiday!)
The drugs seem stronger too 😂

Borttagen · 12/06/2018 06:10

What does it help with? Is it expensive?

ggirl · 12/06/2018 08:36

@Borttagen Retin A is an anti-aging cream. Available only on prescription in UK.
Think it's about £20 over the counter in Spain but not sure.
There is loads of information on youtube about how to use it as it's very strong and causes peeling and redness if used too much.

I got it in mainland spain so they should do it. They had to order it in (took 48 hours) but asked no questions. Its called Retirides. Write it down with the strength you want to show them (0.025, 0.05 or 0.1).

lindyloo57 · 12/06/2018 19:02

dontcallmelen · 12/06/2018 21:27

CoconutAmericano · 12/06/2018 22:43

I buy it in Lanzarote and it’s called Retirides there.

lindyloo57 · 13/06/2018 09:58
