Hello there. I have decided that my skin would probably benefit from a facial oil, that I can wear everyday under makeup. My friend swears by it but has lovely normal skin. Mine is oily and prone to hormonal breakouts. So, what do you recommend?

My top tip is don’t! Breakouts for me with any oil I use.

Body Shop oils of life is good for my really oily skin - no breakouts. I don't use in the morning though only at night!

As far as I know Rosehip seed oil is good for skin prone to breakouts. I have dry skin but it loves it, just a few drops works really well for me

Decleor ylang ylang or Dr hashuka clarifying day oil. Both reduce oiliness and blackheads for me. Seem pricy, but last ages and you can find deals...

I have oily hormonal skin and since Christmas have been using avene cleanser, miscellar water and their skin recovery cream under my make up. It's the bomb. I tried oil and it definitely made things worse

Rosehip and perhaps Borage oil from the Ordinary.

I've just got some rosehip oil and it's lovely. Doesn't make my skin greasy at all and I wore it under makeup this morning. I have oily t zone and dry cheeks.

In your case either the Dr Hauschka mentioned above, or the Clarins Santal or maybe a reship one.

My favourite is the Santal.

You could also try Decleor Essential Balm.
