Anyone else having problems with them ? Their website is a mess, after several calls to their totally rubbish call centre, I finally managed to place an order, which hasn’t arrived. Are they always this bad ? Worst customer service I’ve ever had I think.

Yes - very poor customer service. I ordered something in black Friday for a Christmas gift. Ordered the size DD had worn previously. Come Christmas the item was stupidly small but P&B would not allow me to return it as 30 days has passed - even though they were still selling the item for full price on their website. Most other shops allow longer returns over the christmas period.

They are absolutely hopeless. I will never buy from them again.

You can buy P & B through ASOS who in my experience have excellent customer service and returns.

I've only used them once, and it was fine. I returned some bits as well; all straightforward.
