Sorry. It's just not very nice. Are you sure it's silk? Looks a bit shiny polyester-satiny to me.

CODalmighty · 21/05/2007 13:19

GrumpyOldHorsewoman · 21/05/2007 13:21

It's more suited to white plastic beads, I think. (And white hoopy earrings to match).

ArcticRoll · 21/05/2007 13:21

I know this colour is in this season but sorry cod, agree with others imo it looks cheap and nasty.

Cappuccino · 21/05/2007 13:25

GrumpyOldHorsewoman · 21/05/2007 13:30

Now you wouldn't find that glaring Royal blue in Kew. Wallis, Top Shop, New Look, Bon Marche perhaps...

Show us your Kew top. I've got to go to Cambridge for some retail therapy on Sat, and plan to buy one of everything in Kew

I like the linen top but Kew is always too short in the length for me.

I saw a lovely linen number in Gap yesterday for £25, just a pity dh was with me. He is trying to rein me in as we are moving house shortly!

Tara is a lovely name, ahem. I have the child to prove it. (Anglo Irish - are we excused?)

Much prefer the Kew top. They had a nice silk dress I think I may get for MIL's wedding in July. this is it, but it looks lovely in rl, especially in the pink
