World's ugliest toes. Need summer shoe advice!

I hate hate hate showing my toes but need summery shoes. Preferably leather, nice and cool... not menorcan ones. Not espadrilles. But now I'm stuck!!

I'm really struggling to find anything with a closed toe and not fugly. Summer shoe styles seem very revealing of toe and strappy this year

Your toes can't be worse than my calloused claw toes

I wear soft leather trainers

And in moments off defiance flipflops

Toast has some closed toe sandals, although they are very expensive...

I also Don’t Do Toes, although I resented and bought one pair of sandals last year, at the grand old age of 36.

Last year Clarks did some lovely, comfy flat shoes with small punched holes in the upper, in blue and light brown. This year their offerings are hideous.

Just go for it. Show the toes. Nobody will give a monkeys. Good friend has a condition which affects her feet and she was fairly embarrassed about it but now just wears flip flops like the rest of us, why should she/you have to cover up?

Those furry pink and brown monstrosities look like someone trod on a guinea pig.

I have weird feet and toes and sweated in trainers through summers for a number of years. Then one hot day on the tube I took a real proper look at quite a few flip flopped / sandalled feet and realised loads of people have something a bit freaky going on down there- I have now liberated mine and slap on a pretty pair of flip flops or something and it feels good. Try it!
