Menswear - smart but comfortable shoes to go with a suit for a teenager at college

DS starting college in Sept, needs smart shoes that look great with a suit (slim fit style) but with comfort factor as quite a lot of walking involved. Anyone suggest something on trend but wearable?

M and S have a great range.

My DSs just wore docs with their sixth form suits. They still joined in football in the yard from time to time, they did not care what they looked like at school, so just went practicality. They had horrible cheap machine washable suits for the same reason!

Bit more expensive than some but last a long time and very comfortable

Not for school but work, DS has lived in trainers since forever and the only shoes he could stand were Rockports. Apparently they are like trainers inside.
