I’ve less than a month to go...

Need to lose an inch and a half from my waist.
Sort out a holiday wardrobe.
Do all the usual preening before showing my body off 🤪

I’ll struggle on my own... I need team mates!

There's no hope for me - off on holiday tomorrow so going to have to make do being around 5 pounds more than I'd like - don't let this hapoen to you guys as I am panicking looking at all my skimpies!! Still have to dye my roots, fake tan, whiten teeth, nails and a facial - can't do any yet whilst kids still up - plus still packing! How am I so disorganised this year?!

I also go tomorrow, still in the office trying to clear my desk, need to lose 5lbs, shave, do nails, pack, pick up holiday money. Opps. I have had my roots done though....

Ha ha. when will we ever learn! My two excited DDs are bouncing off the walls so think I'll be going to bed at midnight at thjs rate - so add lookjng extra haggard to my list of woes!

I go in 5 days, have lost 9lbs since I booked it but wanted to lose another half stone but that’s definitely not happening now!

What regimes do you all do before you go away?

Need to tone up as well - swimming twice a week at moment but need to make time for gym

I am in... i have more than a month... from Monday jogging 3 days a week hopefully with diet should help me lose 1.5 kgs a week.

I'm also whitening my teeth to look good in photos. I'm using my gel & trays from the dentist.

I've been toning up my legs with weights at the gym so I feel happy about wearing shorts & short dresses.

I've bought 3 beach dresses from monsoon, River Island & Accessorize. 1 is red & the other 2 are white.

Also got 3 halterneck bikins from Figleaves.

I'm going to try piz Buin tan maximising sun spray spf 30 for my body & Boots no7 protect & perfect spf30 sun lotion for my face. I'm hoping I won't get sand stuck to me as I usually resemble a sand monster rather than a glam beach babe!!

I just went in M&S & bought Autograph semi-permanent waterproof mascara & Stila smudge stick waterproof eyeliner- I had a gift card to use.

Going to Crete for 2 weeks end of June but also I live in a seaside town so hope to be at the beach a lot (weather permitting).

Day 2 of c25k but what I really need to do is weights for arms , and tone legs. I have 9 weeks to go so still time to improve but I'm lacking motivation! Hopefully this thread will help...

I’ve ordered my book to read... it’s a start!

I’d like to whiten my teeth too. I thought I had some crest strips left but can’t find them, so need to order some more. Are they still the best?

I mucked up my gym membership so it’s cancelled at the moment but going to sort that out at the W/e. I’m going to try and get there a couple of times a week, hopefully more!

I’m going to start cutting things out and introducing better things food wise, my diet is shocking!
From today I’m cutting out fizzy drinks!

I’m doing weekly body scrubs, I did one on Tuesday and used the in the shower fake tan thingy. I also want to do weekly hair treatments to get it ready for the sun...

I go away on Sunday. I've actually been quite organised for once in the lead up! I've been:

30 day shredding
Eating loads of vegetables & fish
Body brushing for cellulite
Using my Lumea religiously

I've lost 6 pounds and I'm really pleased. I'll be wearing a bikini for the first time since having my son 3 years ago so I wanted to look and feel good.

Got fab new bikini from M&S!

My main things left to do before I go is manicure/pedicure (I do these myself) and I'm having a st tropez spray tan on Saturday.

I’m in. Off in a calendar month. I’ve been working on being more consistent with hair/nails/eyebrows to maintain my groomedness (I know it’s not a word but you know what I mean). I’ve got an appointment for a pedi and am seriously considering a few wee fillers in the next few months. I’ve also been consistent with skincare and my skin is so much better. Where I need to work are:

Exfoliate and shave more consistently plus a gradual tanner.
Toning - might do the abs challenge or 30 day shred or something. Don’t need to add any cardio.
Diet - could do with a few lbs off. Will a health kick Monday.

Can I join! I go away on the 28th June so 4 weeks exactly today!

Need to loose half a stone and try and reduce visible cellulite on legs, and also start building a base tan, I do eyebrows lashes nails and toes the day before I go so I’m feeling as fresh as possible

Due to me being a bit ditzy my gym membership which I pay for at source from my pay expired. So I’ve renewed that today, but doesn’t start again until 1/8!. So I need to go and sort that out tomorrow which is a pain, as I’d hoped to get back in the gym.
Still haven’t had any fizzy drinks (apart from sparkling water) and banning crisps from today!
I’m starting to get a bit stressed about my wardrobe :/

I’d like to join in, not away in the summer but have a wedding on 27 July which I’d like to look good for.

Starting today:

  • improved diet, lots of protein and veg, less rubbish and alcohol
  • drink more water
  • religious skincare

Hope this thread will keep me accountable! Which gradual tanners do people like?

Hello everyone,
I’m feeling pretty low tbh. I’ve been out shopping both days and hardly got anything mainly due to the fact I’ve had to look at myself in changing room mirrors. I’ve gone up a size and really feel pretty low.
I’ve always been fairly lucky with my weight apart from once after a messy breakup, and after just weighing myself I’ve realised I’m the same weight.
How’s everyone else doing?

Sorry to read that you feel low OP.

I'm struggling to lose weight too, trying hard to stick to my calories. I really want to lose 8lb before my holiday.

But what I've done is to buy clothes I look good in & feel happy in now rather than when I'm the right weight.

I'm also wearing some of them now as it's pretty warm outside, just to get confident in myself.
